Information Processed Temporarily

When you use OmniDoc AI's features, your data is processed temporarily to provide the requested service:

• PDF Merge & Split — PDF files are processed locally on your device to merge or split pages. No content is sent to external servers.
• Image to PDF — Images are converted to PDF entirely on your device. No content leaves your phone.
• PDF Watermark Removal — PDF pages are rendered as images and transmitted to Replicate's AI API for watermark removal, then returned to you immediately.
• Image Watermark Removal — Images and mask data are transmitted to Replicate's LaMa AI API for inpainting, then returned to you immediately.
• Image Enhancement & Upscaling — Images are transmitted to Replicate's Real-ESRGAN AI API for super-resolution processing, then returned to you immediately.

Third-Party Services

Replicate AI API

OmniDoc AI uses Replicate's API to power AI features including watermark removal and image enhancement. When you use these features, your images or documents are transmitted to Replicate's servers, processed by AI models (LaMa, Real-ESRGAN), and the result is returned to you. Replicate does not retain your content after processing.

Google Play Billing

If you make in-app purchases, payment information is handled entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Google Play's privacy policy applies to all billing information, and purchase records are maintained by Google, not us.

No Other Third Parties

We do not integrate any analytics tools, advertising networks, or other third-party tracking services.

How We Use Your Data

Since we don't collect or store data, we cannot use it for any purpose beyond providing immediate services. Your data is processed only to fulfill your immediate request, transmitted securely to Replicate's API where applicable, not stored on our servers, not used for analytics or marketing, and not used to train our own models.

While we don't store your data, we take security seriously. All data transmitted between your device and Replicate's servers is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS protocols. We don't store sensitive data on your device beyond the output files you choose to save, and we don't require account creation, eliminating password-related risks.

Your Rights and Choices

What You Control

You decide what content to input into the app. You can uninstall the app at any time. Since we don't create accounts or store data, there is nothing to delete on our end.

Data Requests

Since we don't collect or store personal data, there is no data to access, correct, or delete. We cannot provide data portability or fulfill data deletion requests. For questions about how Replicate handles your data, please contact Replicate directly.

Children's Privacy

OmniDoc AI does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since we don't collect any data at all, the app can be used by anyone. However, parental supervision is recommended for minors, and children should not input personal information into the app.

International Data Transfers

When you use AI-powered features in OmniDoc AI, your data is transmitted to Replicate's servers, which may be located worldwide. All transfers are protected by encryption and handled according to Replicate's data processing standards.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features, changes in legal requirements, or updates to third-party services. When we make changes, the "Last Updated" date will be revised, significant changes will be communicated through the app, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
